At NOVUMEL, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the following information regarding the processing and shipment of your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order has been processed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the order, delivery destination, and any active promotions available at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@novumel.store. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.
NOVUMEL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Delayed Orders
Occasionally, packages may experience delays while in transit. These delays may be caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, high package volumes, or other circumstances outside NOVUMEL’s control.
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can help review the shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

NOVUMEL is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the situation with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@novumel.store and include:

Photographs of the shipping packaging
Please keep the product and its original packaging while your request is being reviewed.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments by NOVUMEL.
